What to Bring to Appointment
1.  Required Vaccinations:
  • Rabies
  • Distemper
  • Hepatitis
  • Parvovirus
  • Bordetella
Dogs without proper proof of the above vaccinations will not be accepted. Guests are required to provide up-to-date vaccination paperwork from a veterinarian to confirm that pets are current with required vaccinations.This paperwork must include:
  • The name, address and telephone number of the pet owner
  • A description of the pet that includes breed, color, age and sex
  • The date of immunization for each vaccination required
  • The name, address and phone number of the veterinarian who administered each vaccination
  • Documentation that the pet has been spayed or neutered
 
2.  All Dogs must be spayed or neutered for boarding or play day.
3.  Food - with each meal packaged in plastic bags.  Place food in a Bag with pet's name on it.
4.  Any medications and dosage instructions.
5Any special treats for pet.  We do provide morning and afternoon treats to pets.  If your pet has dietary restrictions, please advise at checkin.
 
Camp Bedford is unable to accept the following breeds for grooming or boarding: Pitbull, Rottweiler and Akita.

Note Worthy:

  • We are a crate free and smoke free facility. 

  • Payment for boarding is due at the time of drop off.  Cancellations must provide at least a 48 hour notice for refunds.  We limit the number of boarders and play days that we accept and as such your reservation holds a space that would otherwise have been extended to another boarder.  

  • We are staffed and Boarders are monitored 24/7

  • All Dogs must be:
    • Vaccinated
    • Spayed/Neutered
    • Social with other Dogs.  Dogs over 30 pounds require a meet and greet prior to boarding.
  • Holidays and summer season fill quickly, reserve your dates early!
